I made this today using the new Sweet Centers stamp set and the Sweet Treat Cups from the new Holiday Mini! The flower stems are the lollipop sticks from Wilton.You can find them in the wedding aisle at Wal Mart for $2.00.
YOur flower is really darling, Janice. I am going to have to revamp mine! I love the idea of the skittles in your vase. Your lollipop sticks look so long. Mine look very short but are by Wilton and from Walmart too. Very, very cute!
